Travis DeForge is the Director of Offensive Cybersecurity at Abacus Group, where he leads a world-class Red Team providing high-quality penetration testing, malicious adversary simulation, threat intelligence, and cybersecurity strategy services. With extensive experience serving clients from small businesses to Fortune 500 enterprises, Travis has personally conducted hundreds of Red Teaming, Purple Teaming, and penetration testing engagements throughout his career.

Holding a Master's degree in Information Technology Management, Travis possesses numerous certifications in networking, project management, cybersecurity, and cloud computing. He is also an internationally published author on network penetration testing using open-source tools.

Prior to joining Abacus Group, Travis served as an Active Duty Military Intelligence Officer in the US Army. During his military tenure, he held several positions related to signals intelligence (SIGINT), open-source intelligence (OSINT), and electronic warfare (EW), primarily supporting large-scale intelligence operations in Europe. Travis leverages his unique blend of intelligence community and technical expertise to deliver high-quality cybersecurity insights to clients, making him a valuable asset in the ever-evolving landscape of information security.
