Ryan Phayer joined HSBC Innovation Banking (formerly Silicon Valley Bank UK) in 2016 and is currently Managing Director & Head of Relationship Management in the Strategic Fund Solutions (SFS) team. SFS delivers specialised fund finance and banking solutions to venture capital, mid-market private equity and private credit funds in the UK and Europe. Prior to HSBC, Ryan spent 5 years at Lloyds Banking Group with a focus on large corporates in the TMT sector.
