Steve has been a Partner at Phoenix since 2001 and is CFO and a member of Phoenix’s Board & Management Committee. Steve is also a director of Phoenix Equity Partners 2016 Guernsey Limited, General Partner of the Fund. Before this, he held senior finance positions in the US and UK, including four years as CFO/European finance director at Netnumber.com (previously Unifi Communications), and five years as Controller at The Economist.

Steve is a Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants and has a BA (Hons) in Business Studies and Computing from the Leicester Business School and an MBA from Manchester Business School.
