Elise Hockley is COO, Head of Investor Relations and Board Director at Earth Capital, an early-stage growth equity investor, investing across the UK and Europe in clean technology solutions within the energy, food and water sectors. Based in London, Elise’s responsibilities include leading on brand and communication across investor relations and marketing and working closely with the sustainability team on amplifying Earth Capital’s Earth Dividend™ process. She also oversees the day-to-day function of the operational team.

With over a decade of experience in the investment industry, prior to Earth Capital, she worked at KKR and Edge VC in operational and investor relations roles.

Elise relocated to India for two years, working with NGOs focused on water, sanitation and hygiene (WASH) and biodiversity where amongst other duties she handled relations between the various projects and their donors.

She has a Certificate in Environmental Management from the Institute of Environmental Management & Assessment (IEMA) and attended The Chartered Institute of Marketing. She is also on the Advisory Board for Pensions for Purpose, the ESG Peer Advisory Group for 100 Women in Finance and is a Member of the Institute of Directors.
